Dr. Duncan Lynch, ND, RH(AHG) is a board-certified naturopathic physician and registered herbalist offering a comprehensive range of healthcare services, including herbal medicine consultations with custom formulations for topical and internal remedies, physical medicine through manual therapy and manipulation, primary care services, and education on herbal medicine and clinical herbalism.
Dr. Duncan Lynch has also provides educational opportunities, where he lectures about utilizing herbal formulations in common medical conditions and for pain management, as well as working with low-dose herbal medicines in clinical practice.

Herbal Medicine Formulation & Prescriptions
Dr. Lynch creates custom botanical formulations designed to meet each patient’s unique needs. Prescription herbal preparations are available for established patients. As part of his integrative approach, Dr. Lynch primarily prescribes personalized herbal remedies to support comprehensive care.
HOMT: Herbal Osseous Manipulative Treatment
During HOMT sessions, Dr. Lynch uses topical herbal salves and liniments to promote muscle relaxation, energetic cleansing, and deeper healing. This hands-on treatment effectively addresses muscle tension, joint restriction, and both acute and chronic pain.
In-Person & Telehealth Appointments
Dr. Lynch offers in-person visits at his practice in Bellevue, Washington.
Telehealth appointments available to patients in Washington State, as well as tele-education visits for those living out of state.

Herbal Studies & Webinars with Dr. Lynch
This class explores two important Pacific Northwest root medicines, devil’s club and Oregon grape, through a regional herbalism framework for supporting autoimmune and chronic conditions.
Dr. Lynch will guide participants through foundational approaches centered on regulation, balance, and holistic formulation, with attention to each plant’s medicinal actions, pharmacognostic qualities, and relevant constituents.
The class will also explore how these plants may function synergistically in larger formulations, with case examples including autoimmune arthritis, chronic constipation, and allergic conditions.
